Library

SANNO has two libraries. One is in Jiyugaoka, the other is in Shonan. They hold a collection of approximately 450,000 items with a primary focus on business management and informatics. They offer service for both business and academic education.
The Jiyugaoka Library has the collection in memory of SANNO’s founder, Yoichi Ueno and the Shonan Library has the collection of Hikoma Ueno, who was a pioneering Japanese photographer and also an uncle of Yoichi Ueno.

International Exchange & International Students Center

This center was established to plan and management international exchange activities to promote international exchange. They plan international activities such as short-term study abroad programs, provide information of cross-cultural activities, and help current international students.

Regional Revitalization &
Industry-Academia Cooperation Research Center

This center was established to contribute to the development of the regions and cooperation with the industry, government schools and financial institutions. The center aims to support those activities such as class subjects, extracurricular activities, volunteer activities and promote public relations.

Sports Management Research Center

This center was established to contribute to the development of the sports management research in Japan to share the result to the academic education. The center promotes the empirical research through various activities related to the sports business.

Content Business Research Center

This Center was established to promote the empirical research and various activities related to the content business. The center researches in various fields such as digital content, licensing business, brand management and event management.

Education Development Research Center

This center was established to promote and support the faculty development programs. The center aims to share successful educational improvement projects among all university staff and systematically improve our quality education.
