HISTORY

1920
Yoichi Ueno, founder, conducted operation-reform consultations for the T. Kobayashi & Co. (now Lion Corporation) for the first time in Japan.
1925
Yoichi Ueno established the Japan Management Research Institute (forerunner of the SANNO Institute of Management).
1942
The Japan Efficiency School (endowed school) was established (forerunner of SANNO College).
1950
SANNO College (Evening Division) was founded.
1963
The Distance Education Division was added to SANNO College.
1965
The Daytime Division was added to SANNO College.
1979
SANNO University was founded with the school of Management and Information Science.
1992
The Graduate School of Management and Information Science opened.
1995
The Distance Education Division was added to SANNO University.
2000
The School of Management was added to SANNO University.
2003
The Daikanyama Campus opened.
2008
New building (2-goukan) build in Jiyugaoka.
